User Content Policy
Rules for screenshots, videos, posts, guides and other user submissions.
Your content
Users retain rights they lawfully hold in original content they submit. Submission does not transfer ownership to Arcadia.
Operational license
You grant Arcadia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, moderate and distribute submitted content as reasonably needed to operate, promote and archive the feature/service where submitted.
Your promises
- You have rights/permissions needed to submit it.
- It does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- It contains no malware, illegal material, unauthorized private data or deceptive claims.
Moderation and removal
Arcadia may remove/restrict content that violates law, policy, safety or technical requirements. Removal does not mean Arcadia accepts every third-party claim.
Public events and recordings
Public game/community events may be streamed or recorded. Separate consent should be obtained where someone’s real-world image/voice is featured beyond ordinary public participation when required.
Contact Arcadia before relying on an assumption.
Send the account name, transaction or ticket reference, and the exact clause involved. Never send your password.
