Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms
Terms that apply only if Arcadia offers a product that automatically renews.
When these terms apply
These terms apply only when checkout clearly states automatic renewal. One-time purchases remain governed by the Purchases Policy. Recurring billing must display price, interval, renewal, cancellation and material benefits before acceptance.
Billing and renewal
The selected payment method is charged at the disclosed interval until cancellation/termination. Price changes require the notice/consent required by applicable law or transaction terms.
Cancellation
Users must have the disclosed cancellation method without unreasonable obstacles. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily does not refund an already delivered period, subject to mandatory law. Deleting the client alone does not cancel.
Failed payments
A failed payment may suspend renewal benefits. Ordinary failed payment is not automatically fraud; chargeback/fraud rules remain under the Purchases Policy.
Product termination
Arcadia may discontinue a recurring product and will communicate treatment of prepaid undelivered periods under the specific offer and mandatory law.

Send the account name, transaction or ticket reference, and the exact clause involved. Never send your password.
