By registering, accessing or using Arcadia’s website, launcher, client, game servers, official community spaces or store, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated here.

The Game Rules, Enforcement & Appeals Policy, Privacy Policy, Purchases Policy, EULA and transaction/event-specific terms form part of this framework. Mandatory applicable law prevails where it cannot be waived.

Arcadia is an independently operated private MU Online game service. References to MU Online, Webzen or third-party intellectual property do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Access is licensed and conditional on these Terms; an Account is not a transferable ownership interest in the service.

Arcadia’s No Reset promise means the server is not designed around scheduled seasonal wipes that erase normal player progression to force everyone to restart.

No Reset does not prevent technically necessary backups, restorations, targeted or wider rollbacks, migrations, corrections of corrupted/duplicated data, exploit remediation or other integrity measures. Such measures should be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity performed through access you voluntarily provide. Arcadia may require reasonable ownership verification for recovery, security, payment or sanction disputes.

Account limits and sharing rules are defined in the Game Rules. Sale, rental and commercial transfer are prohibited.

Characters, levels, items, currency, Arcash, VIP, rewards and other in-service value are licensed virtual content usable only under Arcadia’s systems and rules. They are not bank deposits or guaranteed cash value.

Arcadia may correct invalid, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or technically corrupted virtual content.

An MMORPG is a live system. Arcadia may adjust classes, skills, rates, drops, maps, bosses, events, economy sources/sinks, requirements, systems and reward values to preserve balance, progression, security and long-term health.

Obtaining or purchasing a build, item or benefit does not guarantee that its balance, relative power, source or future availability will never change.

Use of the Service is subject to the published Game Rules and Enforcement & Appeals Policy. Purchases, guild influence, creator status or personal relationships do not exempt an Account from enforcement.

Preventive restrictions may be used during credible investigations and are distinct from final sanctions.

Arcadia aims to operate continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, attacks, provider failures, bugs, updates or emergencies may cause interruptions.

Where a material incident affects progression or economy, Arcadia may restore data or issue a proportionate general remedy; compensation is not automatic for every interruption.

Users may stop using the Service at any time. Arcadia may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements or service closure in accordance with published policies and mandatory law.

Termination does not automatically convert prior valid purchases into refundable transactions; payment remedies remain governed by the Purchases Policy and applicable law.

Account ownership, payments, sanctions, security and exploit evidence must be handled through official Support. Public Discord discussion does not replace a private case.

Arcadia will never require your password to provide support.

Material changes will be published with a new version/effective date. New material offenses are not created retroactively for conduct reasonably allowed before publication; emergency integrity restrictions are handled under the Enforcement Policy.
