Scope
These rules apply to official community and communication spaces. Normal in-game competition such as PK/KS is governed primarily by the Game Rules.
Rivalry vs. harassment
Competitive banter, criticism, guild rivalry and ordinary non-threatening trash talk are allowed. Moderation focuses on credible threats, doxxing, stalking, severe targeted abuse, discriminatory harassment, sexual exploitation and sustained conduct intended to endanger or silence a person.
Spam, promotion and harmful links
- No malware, phishing, scam links or disruptive flooding.
- No advertising/recruitment for other private MU servers, RMT, cheats or malicious services. Neutral non-promotional references are not automatically violations.
- No repeated unsolicited promotion after moderation directs it to stop.
Conduct in Support
Use tickets for Account ownership, payments, sanctions, security, exploits and private evidence. Public accusations, repeated staff tagging, duplicate tickets or channel mobilization do not replace evidence or accelerate review.
You may disagree with staff; you may not threaten, fabricate evidence, impersonate or harass.
Privacy and evidence
Do not publish another person’s private data, private Support material or sensitive exploit instructions. Serious evidence should be sent privately and preserved in original form.
Community moderation vs. in-game enforcement
A Discord mute/content removal does not automatically equal an in-game ban, and an in-game sanction does not automatically require removal from every community space. Cross-surface measures may be used when conduct, risk or evasion justifies them under published Rules.
